Spicy soup pot

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 kg Minced meat, mixed
  • 2 large onions
  • 10 Cloves of garlic
  • 1 Liter Tomato juice
  • 1 Bottle SANGRITA PICANTE
  • 1 Can of campignons in slices
  • 1/4 Liter broth
  • 1 Cup cream
  • Salt, pepper, chervil, basil, marjoram, Tabasco

PREPARATION

Sauté minced meat with onions, add pressed garlic and season to taste with spices.

Now pour tomato juice, SANGRITA PICANTE and broth, add the mushrooms and cook for about 30 minutes.

Whip the cream and serve with the soup.
