INGREDIENTS
- 2 Tbsp. Honey
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 400 ml Ketchup
- 200 ml SANGRITA CLASSICO
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 Tbsp. wine vinegar
- 1 shot Asbach Uralt
- 1 Tbsp. Worcester sauce
- je 1 pinch of dried oregano and marjoram
- Salt and pepper from the grinder
PREPARATION
Heat honey with brown sugar to the melting point.
Remove the pot from the heat and allow to cool slightly.
Then add the other ingredients (garlic cloves finely chopped) and mix well.
