Beef tartare with sangrita

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 g Beef mince
  • 1 small shallot
  • 2 Cornichons
  • 3 tsp capers
  • 2 cl SANGRITA CLASSICO
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • 1 Pinch of medium hot mustard
  • 1 shot Asbach Uralt
  • Finely chopped parsley and chives

PREPARATION

Put ground beef in a bowl with the finely diced shallot, cornichons, the parsley, chives, SANGRITA and all the other ingredients, mix well, season with salt and pepper.
