INGREDIENTS
- 250 g Beef mince
- 1 small shallot
- 2 Cornichons
- 3 tsp capers
- 2 cl SANGRITA CLASSICO
- 1 Egg yolk
- 1 Pinch of medium hot mustard
- 1 shot Asbach Uralt
- Finely chopped parsley and chives
PREPARATION
Put ground beef in a bowl with the finely diced shallot, cornichons, the parsley, chives, SANGRITA and all the other ingredients, mix well, season with salt and pepper.
