INGREDIENTS
- 250 g Minced meat (mixed)
- 1 Onion
- 100 ml SANGRITA CLASSICO
- 1 Egg yolk
- 50 g Breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper from the grinder
PREPARATION
Place the minced meat in a bowl with the finely diced onion.
Add SANGRITA, egg yolk and bread crumbs, mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Then form minced steaks of about the same size and fry in a pan.
