INGREDIENTS
- 14 cl SANGRITA CLASSICO
- 3 cl Lime juice
- 2 cl Agave syrup
- 5 cl Tequila
- egg white
- Bit of salt
PREPARATION
First, beat the egg whites with a little salt until stiff and then shake all other ingredients in a shaker on ice cubes very vigorously until frothy. Strain into the pre-chilled glass on a large ice cube.
Garnish with dried lime slice and chilli threads.
