Cold cucumber sangrita soup

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Cucumber
  • 300 ml SANGRITA CLASSICO
  • 100 ml Water
  • 1 Pinch of sugar
  • Salt and pepper from the grinder

PREPARATION

Peel the cucumber, cut it in half lengthwise and remove the seeds with a teaspoon. Then cut the seeded cucumber into small pieces and place in a bowl with the SANGRITA.

Finely puree everything with a hand blender and dilute with water as needed. Finally, season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar.

Fast, good and spicy!
