Sangrita Con Carne

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 g mixed minced meat
  • 500 g Potatoes
  • 2 Cans of kidney beans
  • 1 Package of strained tomatoes
  • 1 Bottle SANGRITA PICANTE
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 1 Tube of tomato paste
  • 1 Pinch of chili powder
  • 1 Can peeled tomatoes
  • 2 Onions
  • Salt, pepper

PREPARATION

Fry the minced meat in a pan with a little oil. Then put it in a saucepan and add the strained tomatoes and SANGRITA PICANTE. Dice the onions and fry them in a pan with oil until translucent. Add the tomato paste, fry briefly and add to the pot.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into bite-sized pieces (half slices) and add them to the pot together with the finely chopped canned tomatoes. Add the garlic and simmer the pot on low heat for about 20 minutes (until the potato pieces are cooked).

Now add the drained beans, heat again briefly and season with salt, pepper and chili powder.
