INGREDIENTS
- 500g minced meat (mixed)
- 1 large onion
- 1 bottle SANGRITA PICANTE
- 1 half bottle tomato paste
- 1 can of kidney beans
- 1 small can of corn
- 6–8 Taco shells (Readymade product)
- Salt and pepper
- Grated cheese
- 2–3 tomatoes
- 1 red bell pepper
- Iceberg lettuce
PREPARATION
Finely chop the onions and fry them together with the minced meat.
Add the corn, kidney beans, tomato paste and SANGRITA PICANTE to taste.
Add salt and pepper if desired, fill into taco shells and garnish with iceberg lettuce in strips, diced tomatoes, diced peppers and grated cheese.
